Five producer seats per entity, shared across your whole workspace. A five-entity group has 25 seats to use wherever the work is.
A billable producer seat is an admin, response lead or SME. Requestors, reviewers and approvers cost nothing.
Auto-fill, cover-sheet generation and reporting AI are included at every tier and never itemized. Claude Sonnet and Haiku as standard; Opus on Enterprise.
An operating company that bids in its own name — its own companies, customers, service types and filing structure inside your workspace. The number of entities sets your tier; adding one beyond your band is an upgrade.
Only proposal producers: admins, response leads and subject-matter experts. The person who forwards you the RFP, and the people who review or approve sections, are free — so the whole business can participate without a seat count negotiation.
No. Every customer gets a dedicated Postgres database, provisioned at signup. Isolation is how the platform is built, not a filter applied to a shared table — which matters when the data is competitive pricing and win themes.
Thirty days. You get a private workspace of your own — your own database, not a shared sandbox — to evaluate with your real documents. If you convert, that workspace becomes your production one: nothing is migrated, because it is already yours.
The workspace locks at the end of the thirty days, we offer you an export of anything you put in, and then the workspace and its database are deleted.
Not fully, on purpose. You get your organization name, your logo, your accent color and your own email templates on your instance at every tier. There is no custom domain, and the "Powered by Next313" plate stays.
No. Model cost is our problem, included in the platform fee at every tier. You will never see a token line on an invoice or get throttled mid-bid because of a usage meter.
Either. Annual is billed up front at the rate in the table above and works out cheaper than twelve months at the monthly rate.
Start a trial on a private workspace, or book a walkthrough and we'll take one of your recent bids through the whole workflow.
